International Move & Relocation Coordinator

We believe moving is more than logistics — it’s about people. As an International Move & Relocation Coordinator, you’ll guide customers through one of life’s biggest transitions: relocating across borders. You’ll manage household goods moves and collaborate with our relocation team to create a seamless experience for clients starting a new chapter abroad. This is an on-site position at our Voerman headquarters in The Netherlands. Remote work is not possible for this role.
Your daily tasks
- Coordinate international moves from start to finish: From initial inquiry to final invoicing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Be the trusted guide: Provide professional and personal support to customers, making sure their wishes and needs are met.
- Bridge moving and relocation: Work closely with our relocation specialists to deliver services such as housing support and settling-in assistance.
- Keep things organized: Perform administrative tasks, update records and databases, and monitor budgets.
- Solve problems proactively: Tackle issues head-on, keep all parties informed, and make quick decisions to keep moves on track.
- Collaborate and grow: Share knowledge with colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and support a positive team environment.
