Your daily tasks

• Plans logistic services: coordinates and schedules transportation and other logistics services as needed

• Maintains communication with customers - this includes providing updates on progress, addressing any issues that arise, etc.

• Liaises with various stakeholders to ensure the logistic and warehouse processes will run smoothly

• Utilizes our Warehouse Management System to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

• Conducts regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

• Manages warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, pick-order, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Oversees shipping and receiving activities, including inbound and outbound trucks

• Analyzes logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

• Constantly monitors the process of assignments and acts accordingly
