That is why we are looking for a new Global Sales Director that can run and supercharge our international business development activities.

Who we are looking for

You are active in the world and aware of global developments. In the morning you read in the Financial Times about a merger between two Fortune 500 companies, the economic rise of India or the growing defense and medical sector. At which moment you think: I am going to include this in my plans and goals right away!

You like to travel and see more of the world. You are capable of being an enthusiastic sparring partner for HR and mobility representatives of the largest companies in the world. An ambitious commercial expert with an open personality and the ability to adapt yourself to your conversation partners and their cultures.

About the job

As Sales Director you will become responsible for these key tasks:

  • Direct sales and business development.
  • Supporting sales and business development activities at our affiliated companies
  • within the group.
  • Jointly developing the sales and marketing strategy with our CCO.
  • Taking the lead on the execution of the sales strategy.
  • Building and guiding your own team.
  • Being the point of contact and face of Voerman towards the corporate market.
  • Driving and implementing new and innovative solutions and services.

Your location is flexible, but we prefer someone based in Europe, the Middle East or Africa.

  • have extensive experience and a track record in a sales leadership role
  • have work experience in, or strong affinity with the global mobility industry
