At Voerman, we have a program to encourage new talents throughout all divisions within the Group. The ambition to keep improving our performance has brought the idea to life.

 

Motivation and determination that new people often project, always bring fresh and interesting ideas; newly hired talents are always eager to change rusty old habits.

At Voerman, these young potentials are given the opportunity to kick-off projects and organize flexible office hours to service clients through different time zones and implement new technologies and applications for the optimization of internal processes. New employees are not yet used to certain policies and processes. By giving them a voice within our Group, we empower them to not only make, but also to be the change.
