Voerman International Launches Customer PortalsPublished on 10 October 2012
From the 1st of October 2012 Voerman International launched a personalized portal for all its customers.
With the “Customer Portal”, the customer has access to the tracking page to see the shipment details such as estimated time of inspection, the packing and loading of the personal property, but also when the boat departures, arrives and the possible delivery dates. In addition, Voerman makes important documents available to customers such as customs and insurance forms.
“It is unique in the moving business that during your move from A to B, you can log into a portal to follow your personal property through a timeline. Our customers can add documents to the file such as copy of their passports and other important documents that previously had to be sent”, says René Postma, Quality Manager Voerman International.
The Customer Portal saves time for Voerman, and is accessible for the client.
