The essentials of the health of employees

In the context of sustainable employability, HR has set itself the goal of investing preventively in the health and fitness of its employees. More specifically, we aim to include the improvement of personal vitality – the combination of health and physical and mental fitness – in the operational objectives and policy of the organization. Why? To be able to have more control over health and work, with the result, among other things, of a higher quality of life through demonstrable health gains. With patience and awareness as our starting point, we aim to permanently change behavior, to replace existing unhealthy behavior with new healthy routines and habits.
