All goods are delivered at the requested date, furniture is set up and the various items are placed in the dedicated rooms. Almost anything is available, ranging from linen, china, glassware, kitchen utensils to video- and audio equipment.
For a family with children (and sometimes pets) this is by far the most economic and pleasant solution. Another big advantage is the cost saving that can be accomplished. Hotel expenses are definitely much higher.
