The first contact with our senior customer signals the start of an intensive cooperative process, during which we supervise the total removal process and advice and assist our clients in every way we can. Thanks to years of cooperation with elderly homes, we have gained the knowledge which is required to really care for our elderly clients.
We place the emphasis on providing our clients with sufficient support during the move. This takes more time, but it is essential for the success of the move. Patience, tact and a specially adapted pace put our clients at ease. It’s not a question of just moving from A to B as quickly as possible. Understanding, listening and thinking along with the client – these are the things that matter most.
We also pay a lot of attention to sorting, packing and unpacking all the small items. Before the move, stickers are carefully placed on all the furniture and fittings. If the items have to be moved to different destinations, we use different colors. Then it’s clear to everybody what needs to be taken where. And if, for example, a grandfather clock has to be transported to the children or somebody else in the family, that’s no problem either.
